Historic Home Statistics in Austin: Spring 2015

As of March 2015, there are 134 historic homes on the market built before 1945. The median construction date is 1930 with 1745 square feet of living space. While the median price is $422,000 at $287 per square foot, that number leans toward the higher price due to the homes located in downtown Austin. There are many more affordable options located in the suburbs and rural areas.
